1Load products
Pulls every product from the site's products feed. Use a collection address (for example /collections/gifts/products.json) to load just that collection.

2Sections
The sections of the guide, in order. One per line. Products are sorted into these automatically and you can move any of them.
3Choose products
Tick a product to add it. Region, vintage, size, pack, alcohol, score and tasting note are read from the website description automatically. Anything it can't find is flagged in yellow so you only fix the gaps.
4Running order
The order the products print in, grouped by their section. Drag a row by its handle to move it, or use the arrows. Sections themselves are ordered in step 2.
5Guide details
Fills the top of the cover, with the logo and title in a band beneath — the way the 2024 and 2025 guides are built. A wide photograph with some empty space works best. Leave it out and the cover is drawn instead.
6Wording
Every fixed line the customer reads. Change any of it to suit how you want to talk to them. Leave a box empty to go back to the wording shown underneath it.
7Create the PDF
Preview it on screen, then download the PDF and attach it to your email. The other buttons are for the copy on the website: the guide file can be reopened with #setup on the end of its address to edit it later.
